Chick-fil-A Westfield Santa Anita is looking to hire part-time and full-time team members.  We are looking for people with positive attitudes, a caring heart, and the desire to grow professionally and personally. No previous experience required, but any previous quick service restaurant experience could prove beneficial.  Team members need to have a hard work ethic with either a strong knowledge of food safety or the willingness to learn and practice proper food safety. The team member's primary focus is on ensuring every guest has a consistent food experience of excellence with regards to food quality, presentation, and speed of service.  Team member is required to assemble, clean, maintain, and operate equipment properly: pressure fryer, open fryer, grill, temperature gauges, etc... We are looking for people that have a growth mindset and a winning attitude, as there will be plenty of opportunities for growth within the restaurant.
